Choose the right format for you:
Virtual Interactive Workshop
These form the majority of the sessions I facilitate. People love the range of wellbeing topics available and the opportunity to interact (not to mention the music). They offer a great cost per person, particularly for groups of up to 20 people.
Virtual Seminar
These are great if you need a lot of people to attend. They don’t allow for the level of interaction that a virtual workshop offers and are more focused on one-way information giving, often with the opportunity for Q&A at the end.
Face to face
I can also travel to your business to deliver an in-person workshop or talk.
